  • max shoulder taps
  • max front rack reverse lunges
  • max double unders
  • rest

Shoulder taps can be done in handstand position or high plank.

For the front rack reverse lunges, hold KB in right hand while stepping back with left foot for the entire minute, then switch to L hand/R foot for the next round.

Singles can be subbed for dubs.
