Announcements:

All classes are continuing as scheduled, as of right now. However, there will be some noticeable changes starting this week. Starting on Tuesday, class size will be limited to 8 participants. You must go on to The Athletic Clubs app and book your class. It is my understanding that you can book a spot 7 days in advance. Please be considerate during this time, and if you book, make sure that you come. This limit on class size is for the health and safety of all of us. If you have had trouble getting logged on to the app, the membership office can help you. I am so sorry for anybody that may be inconvenienced by this.

The structure of the class and the workouts will be a bit different. We are trying to keep members from sharing equipment or getting too close to each other during workouts.

I am be working to set things up tomorrow so that we will be able to live stream our workouts to the Facebook athletes group page, starting on Tuesday. FoxFit athletes only – I will be creating a FoxFit athletes group page so that those classes can be streamed there. Each workout will have alternate movements that can be done in a home setting as well.

We will be wiping equipment down before and after each use, and ask that if you are feeling the least bit ‘off’, stay home and join us via Facebook.

Please be patient with us as we navigate this situation.
